1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, you (the “Licensee”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the accompanying digital architectural drawing set for:

One (1) permitted use per purchase, at a single physical location.
This license is assigned to the original purchaser only.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Share, forward, distribute, or resell the files (digitally or physically).

Upload the files to public or private websites, file-sharing services, or social media.

Use the files for more than one project or for work on behalf of third parties without explicit written permission.

4. Modifications
You may modify the plans to adapt them to your site, budget, or building code requirements. However, modified versions may not be shared, resold, or redistributed, even if altered.
5. Attribution & Tracking
Each drawing set is digitally watermarked and/or embedded with the licensed buyer’s name, email, and order number. Unauthorized sharing is traceable and constitutes a breach of this agreement.
6. Liability Disclaimer
These drawings are provided "as-is" and are not guaranteed to meet your local jurisdiction’s code, permitting, or engineering requirements.
You are solely responsible for obtaining approvals, permits, and engineering certifications before construction.
Container Plans™ are not liable for any construction errors, code violations, or damages resulting from the use of these documents.
7. Termination
If you violate any of these terms, your license is immediately revoked, and legal action may follow. No refunds will be given for license violations.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
