Browse our collection of ready-to-build container plan drawings and find the one that fits your needs. Each package includes detailed construction drawings, a full master Specbook, construction photos, renderings, and a pricing spreadsheet. Upgrade to the Pro Package and get the 3D models and editable drawings as well.

2. Purchase & Download
Buy your plan package and get instant access to the digital files right away. We'll email you with a download link (these are high-resolution, large digital files!)

3. Hire a Local Architect (optional)
If your local building department requires a permit or plan review, we recommend working with a licensed architect, engineer, or GC in your area to adapt the plans to meet local codes and site conditions.

4. Hire a Contractor (or DIY it)
Bring in a general contractor to handle the build or, if you have the construction experience, do it yourself. Our plans are drawn with enough detailed information, along with the master spec book, to get a building permit and build each project from scratch.

5. Build It
Follow the plans, use the included Specbook for guidance, and make it yours. We’ve taken care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on getting it built then up and operating!
